We are pleased to announce that the release date for Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) 24D has been confirmed. Your OGL 24D update is scheduled to take place on Sunday, November 24, 2024 followed by OGL 24D.1 update which will take place on Sunday, December 15, 2024. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding with the delay in the release timing while we worked through recent changes in our internal release management process.
To help you prepare, we have highlighted some of our key
enhancements below and encourage you to contact us for the latest information and documentation on OGL 24D.

The UAT environment will soon be available for you to test the
enhancements included in the OGL 24D.1 update. Look for a follow-up
communication that will announce 24D.1 UAT availability.

services may not be accessible. Please refer to the update details

24D Key Features and Enhancements
EPM Embed Integration
Clients will be able to directly configure OGL into Oracle Enterprise Performance Management allowing for better responsiveness and the use of auto-segmentation.
Schedule Email reports
Clients are able to save and schedule an OGL report and have that sent to their inbox per their desired frequency output.
Use Cases and Base Guides enhancement
Clients are able to filter content in the Use Cases and Base Guide libraries based on pre-existing labels for more efficient browsing.
Smart Search Relevance Fix
Updating our search criteria to account for Relevance when sorting for guides.
UI/Technical Updates
Includes Screenshot Toggles, Tip Width as a %, API call for Help Panel, Language order sorted, Print Screen fixes and updates to Redwood modals.
OGL available in EU Sovereign Cloud
Clients in Europe will be able to have OGL hosted out of EU’s Sovereign Cloud region for enhanced security and performance.
24D.1 Key Features and Enhancements
AI Assist
Clients will be able to receive recommendations from the OGL AI Assistant when creating content for OGL messages such as maintenance, policy and training announcements.
NOTE AI Assist has been moved from OGL 24D to 24D.1

Guide Health Enhancements
Enhances the performance, accuracy, and reliability of the Guide Health check tool, including improved error handling and the ability to filter errors by domains.
Smart Search Enhancements
Improves the performance of console Smart Search by providing more relevant search results and the ability to specify multiple search criteria through a new search modal.
Guide Activation Enhancements
Enhances the versatility of the guide activation functionality by allow developers to create conditions based on the end-user’s actions.
Technical Enhancements
Applies various bug fixes and technical enhancements to improve overall performance and functionality.
