TransAmerica Training Managment (TAM Training) is an Oracle University Partner of the Year. The award is presented to the Oracle University Partner that displays training delivery, operational and sales excellence. In addition to this distinctive award, TAM Training is also an Oracle OAEC (Oracle Approved Education Center).

Oracle Approved Education Center Program

The Oracle Approved Education Center (OAEC) program is a complement to Oracle University’s direct education business, providing Oracle training in locations where Oracle University does not maintain a direct presence. Oracle University provides Oracle licensed software products and Oracle developed curriculum to support OAEC classes.

Education partners provide training at their sites and at customer sites with partner employed instructors approved by Oracle University. Approved courses are a subset of Oracle University course offerings and are determined by Oracle. OAEC classes are in the Oracle University registration system and appear in Oracle University marketing materials. Oracle and OAEC partners enjoy a revenue share based on each class event, reconciled monthly.


Oracle Approved Education Providers

Oracle Approved Education Providers (OAEPs) represent Oracle University in Regions where Oracle does not maintain a direct education presence. Oracle University provides Oracle licenses software and Oracle developed curriculum to support OAEP classes.

OAEPs provide training at their sites and at customer sites with their own qualified instructors. Oracle courses are a subset of Oracle University course offerings and the schedule is determined by the OAEP. Classes do not appear in the Oracle University registration system or appear in Oracle University marketing materials.

As a certified member we are recognized by the National Minority Supplier Development Council and operate within accordance of their guidelines.

Florida Sterling Council

Florida Sterling Council

TransAmerica Training Management is a proud board member of the Florida Sterling Council. Established in 1992, the Florida Sterling Council is a public/private not-for-profit corporation supported by the Executive Office of the Governor. It is comprised of public and private sector members.

The Council is led by the Executive Committee which oversees the Governor’s Sterling Award for Performance Excellence and all Sterling process activities, including the annual Sterling conference. It assists organizations in utilizing proven standards of excellence as a guide to making improvements that generate better operations, customer value, and overall results.
